I’m happy to say that I’m related to the gentleman in this video – not sure how though!

He gets the moniker Uncle even if he could be a cousin. In any case, he and I were hanging out in rural eastern Zambia, exploring the landscape and getting me familiar with local terminology for the wildlife. Aloe vera, sugar cane, a species of cacti and, of course, potatoes appear throughout.

Bonus info: Uncle himself highly enjoyed watching this mini-documentary as well!
