A character that’s stayed in the pipeline for too long. Dr. Moretas definitely deserves better, and so I resurrected him for a bit.

Character design isn’t just limited to modelling and overcoming technical difficulties, but require a lot of conceptualising, writing, sound designing, voice casting and cultural consideration.

But who has time and capacity for all of that anyway?
